Currently we have Oracle WebCenter Portal/Sites systems at a client's site that are being monitored by dT Java agents and are working fine. The client is interested in expanding monitoring via UEM but we seem to be having issues injecting the dT UEM script into the pages.
During page loads (which can last up to a few seconds), the dT agent script is present in the page's source but once fully loaded, the script is no longer present. At the moment we are still investing this behavior with the client's developers but I would like to know if there are previous experiences similar to this with other Oracle WCP/WCS implementations?
Based on feedback from dT support, the Oracle suite is not supported but since the underpinnings of WCP/WCS are based on WebLogic, it shouldn't be an issue for UEM to be injected, am I right?

Hi Andi, thanks for the response. I did get in touch with the Singapore team and they have provided feedback that a similar setup was successfully tested in another client running dT5.6. At the moment, it does not seem to be a configuration issue so it maybe related to either caching (the client has a BlueCoat appliance caching static objects) or just an issue with dT5.5 which will likely require an upgrade to dT5.6.
Now that we know the solution works with the Oracle Fusion suite, we are in the process of planning some test cases (with dT5.5) to determine the root cause. Worst case we may get the client to upgrade to dT5.6.

Hi. Just wondering if you made progress with this question. Even though you didnt receive feedback from the community I was wondering if you found the root cause of this problem. Was it caching related? Was it related to a configuration setting on how we inject the JavaScript Agent?
