We are planning to use UEM on one of our Apps and we don't have permissions on the web server on which the App uses. One of the members asked me, if they can inject js manually.
I see that we have this option as shown in the screenshot below. But even after having this, we need to have a dynatrace web server agent running on that web server? or just having this manually injected js is the only thing we need?

If it is a Java application I believe that you can configure your web server to pass requests to /dynatrace/dynaTraceMontior back to your instrumented java application to have the agent there pick it up and process it.

I would open a ticket to be safe. I saw it work at a site once don't really remember how they did it, sorry I couldn't help more
