According to documentation I found in the Dynatrace Community,
Users have a frustrating experience if:
If this is the case, and I'm assuming it is, then looking at the below screen grab,
Why is this flagged as frustrated?? Going through the list - the last action did not fail, the last action was satisfied and only 1/18 actions were frustrated.
Thanks in advance.

We will address the issue in the next release with the internal ticket.
However, in order to get the fix into already released version, we'd need a support ticket.
thx,

Hi Mick,
I took a look at the session you sent Andi. The visit is tricky: one "Submit" action takes about 3 minutes and ends as last action of the visit. A rule for calculating the user experience says, a visit is frustrated if its last action is frustrated - and this long "Submit" action is falsely considered as last action. I will open an internal ticket for improving this behavior.

Andi - I sent you an exported session. Let me know if there's any further information I can send to assist. Thanks!
I received it and looked at it. I cant explain it. I suggest you open a support ticket attaching the session but also exporting the support archive of that timeframe. This could be a bug - but - I need engineering to look into this

Is the user already finished? Or is the user still in-progress? Can you post a screenshot that also includes the visitor information at the top of the dashlet?
