Hi I am using dynaTrace 5.6 and easyTravel 2.0.0.1231 . after complete installation of dynatrace and easyTravel in my 32 bit system. when i tried to run easy travel , there is no "Problem Patterns " menu . Moreover out of 5 agents , only 3 agents are displayed in " Agents Overview " . kindly help me to sort out these issues.

Hi Romil
In the EasyTravel Configuration UI, there is a gear icon in the top-right of the window. If you click this, a menu should open allowing you to turn on the Problem Patterns menu by selecting "Show Problem Patterns".

Thank you, Problem pattern is up and working now. Do you know about the agents only 3 agents are showing up and 2 are not working?
Which 3 agents do you see - or asked another way, what are the 2 agents you are missing?

Ok, thought so. Have you ticked the checkbox for the Business2Business components?
If yes - can you verify the .Net interface is available (default is http://localhost:8999).

Ok, so from that screenshot it looks like the agent is loaded but you somehow screwed up the names (they should not be MyDotNetAgent). Maybe you have an env variable DT_AGENTNAME set? Or did you change the property files - if yes try shutting down easyTravel and then removing the folder \.dynaTrace\easyTravel 2.0.0 in your user home.
