This is with reference optimization of the performance of Dynatrace, what are best practices we should follow while creating BTM.
For Ex. I have two different BTM
1. gives me count no of times that link clicked (BTM1 gives me count)
2.gives me referrer of the link (BTM2 gives me referrer)
In this case I created Only measure using "Transaction Base Measure" --> "Web Request Response Header" which I used in Both the BTM this helps me to reduce number of measure,But same can be achieved by creating two different measure in this case for BTM1 I will create measure using "Web Request URI Patterns" and for BTM2 I will use "Web Request Response Header".
Please suggest which method will help to optimize my server performce and how ?

Thanks for reply,I want you to help me in other scenario where I want to get hot spot using BTM.
Like my scenario is like that I have two links Ex 1."Login" and 2. Logout.,I want want my BTM to return what are the links user clicked between this two links.

If I understand your scenario correctly than your BTM2 will extract the Referrer for EVERY Transaction. If you are only interested in the Referrer for those Transactions that represent the click on a particular link I suggest creating one Business Transaction that filters on the "Link Click" and splits by Referrer.
With that you really only get the data your really need - meaning - the Referrers for these particular link clicks.
In your first example BTM2 uses a split by referrer - but does that for every transaction. This produces much more data than you really need.
Of course - if you are in general interested in Referrers and want to have them easily accessible for all your transactions then your first scenario is valid
