Grouping not available for charting

Hi,

today I created a Business Transaction based on a simple URL-Filter and a splitting on a parameter. The BT are calculated by User Action.

When I open the Business Transaction Dashboard the splittings are shown and everything looks fine.

But when I try to chart it, the splittings are not available...  I am just able to chart the totals.

The checkbox for storing it in PW is set.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for letting us know. Its strange though that the restart was required. Typically the measures should be available once you configure the BT. The only thing that you want to make sure is that the chart that you are defining uses a timeframe where you are sure you had values. So - maybe you accidently had a chart open with a timeframe in the past where you didnt yet have values for that BT. That would explain that no splittings showed up here in the selection dialog as it only shows those split values of the timeframe of the chart. Good news however is that - once the BT is on the chart and you change the timeframe (or use e.g: last 30 minutes with autorefresh) - the chart will automatically show those splittings seen in that timeframe

Ok... I restarted the server and the splittings are now available. The measures starts on reboot time.

Maybe there was an inconsitence between PW and server....
