Hi,
I have the following dashlet reporting the results of 5 business transactions:
The first item, "All mobile visits" is the total number of mobile visits (100%). The remaining four items in the list above (896 counts in total) are the most important errors that affected part of "All mobile visits" and that our Customer wants to track down.
I then created another dashlet to show a pie chart that refers to exaclty the same data:
The data is consistent with the table above but doesn't make any sense in the end. The total number of visits is 1977 (100%) while the slice shows data as if the number of visits were 2873.
Is there a way to tell the Pie Chart that "All mobile visits" represents 100% and all the other BTs are just part of it, please? Or do I just have to make another business transaction that skips all of the visits affected by the errors above, please?
Thank you,
Daniele

You have to create a BT that shows "the good ones" and then add your total of 5 BTs to the chart. I like the idea of having a "100% reference measures" for the Chart - but that feature is currently not available
