The BTs will be still be analyzed. That means that every PurePath that matches the BT will be tagged. If you open your PurePath dashlet and look at the details of the PurePath you will find a column called "Transactions". That lists all BTs that this PurePath matches.
If you open the Business Transaction Dashlet (the tabular view you referred to) - dynaTrace will analyze all PurePaths and pick those that are tagged with that BT. That table therefore is populated by analyzing PurePaths.
That whole process is still happening when supressing the performance warehouse results - which means that the additional measure that would normally be created wont be stored to the warehouse
