I want to add Top 10% worst performing SQL statements on the dashboard.
I am using the database dashlet, it lists all the SQL statements, I couldn't find a way to filter the worst SQL statements.
Is there a way to filter?

Anirudha,
You can't do the "Top 10%" but you can do the top 10 (or 20 or 30) statements.
Right-click on the dashlet tab ("Database" in the screenshot below) and select "Edit Filter ..."
When the filter dialog opens, navigate to the "Top X" tab and set the values as shown:
