Business Transactions not displaying throughput, failure rate etc.

I have recently configured a new profile with business transactions and I am struggling to understand why I don't see throughput, failure rate and response time data for individual business transactions.

My profile was able to automatically detect the application for monitoring and I receive transaction data at the application level but not at the business transaction level (Shown Below). I do see results for individual business transactions when viewing the Business Transaction Dashboard.

I do have Calculate Results set for both failure rates/response time and count.

Thoughts?

I am unable to click to drill down or configure anything related to those business transactions within that screen. I can clear the baseline of the application but that did not produce any new results.

on each of those business transactions, try clearing their base lines

I had a similar issue at my client site - in which support gave me a fixpack which solved the issue. I would try to open up a ticket and see what support has to say.

I do have them selected, and they appear, but they are not getting any throughput, failure rate and response time data.

Click on the top right configure and select monitored business transaction. Once you select the Business transaction you created, it should who up.
