Event Behavior Question for Dynatrace 6.2

I wanted to ask something. I was testing with the Dynatrace FrontEnd Server Offline Event and noticed that the action is done only when the service is back online (works the same as the server offline but I think that is understandable). Doesn’t this fire earlier so that you know it went down in order to take corrective action?

BTW, using the SNMP plug in and a Netcool Impact Plug in that was recently created.

I've moved this question to the "App Mon & UEM Open Q&A" forum space (for Dynatrace Application Monitoring issues), where it will likelier be seen by someone who can answer the question.

Maia,

Interesting, I was provided this link by someone at Dynatrace to answer this question. How do I get to the different specific areas for questions?
