1. The out of the box IP mapping is showing all the Asia locations under Indonesia. Is there anyway to fix this? make it more accurate?
2. In a custom tile I created I wanted to remove the state level splitting of the United States but when filtering the "splittings" not all of the countries appear as shown on the "no splitting" chart?

1: Under Settings -> dynatrace server -> geographical locations you can overwrite the IP mapping to the correct location. If our current database incorrectly identifies your users as coming from Indonesia you can overwrite them here. Another thing to look at is whether you might need to change the IP Address Capturing method. In the same settings dialog you can configuire which HTTP Header we should use to capture the IP ADdress. If all users show up to come from Indonesia it might be possible that you have a proxy somewhere in your infrastructure that doesnt correctly forward the real client ip address. Or - maybe it is forwarding it in an HTTP HEader that is currently not configured. Please have a look at the configuration and also explore the captured IP for some of the visits that are currently shown as coming from Indonesia
2: are you talking about a Tile in a WEb DAshboard or a Tile/Dashlet on a Dashboard in your Rich Client?
