How do I create an Alert for a Sequence Transaction

I have a few Sequence Transaction and I was wondering if I can create an alert for them.  In the "Monitored Dimensions" of the alert configuration, there is an option to choose Transaction, but I believe this is an application transaction

When you use "Synthetic and sequence alert" the dimensions Transaction and Application will handle the data you look for.

See example for Sequence Transaction defined below:

We defined alert as follows:

 

In the alert log you see that application and transaction dimensions return correct values:
