Hi Jose,
Not sure exactly what you are after here, but i suspect that it has something to do with handling different business calendars for different applications as well as planned and not planned downtime, am I correct? In that case DCRUM can certainly act as a data source, but does not provide SLA handling or reporting capabilities on its own. Compuware does offer Business Service Manager (BSM) for this purpose.
If you however only have a need for global business hours, don't need to consider planned or unplanned downtimes you might be able to achieve something.
