In Operations column it reads: 269K operations
In request breakdown column it reads 270K with 16.8K (6%) as slow operations
Application performance reads as 93.8%
Latency chart shows as below, which means it reports 385 operations more (1.43%)
13 0.04% 4s – 5 s
19 0.06% 3s – 4 s
5920 20.00% 2s – 3 s
20900 70.61% 1s – 2s
433 1.46% 0ms – 1s
Total 27285 (101.43% of 269K)
If we deep dive to operations from there, I get a total of 27790 hits for all operations. This indicates disparity in the count of operations data reported.
The operation threshold is set to 5secs – but there’s nothing that is reported that is over 5secs..so then why the slow operations – which is also impacting the application performance.
Please help to find out excat issue and how we can rectify the same.

Rashmi

Hi Rashmi
I'm not 100% sure about the origin of the numbers but there are rounding mechanisms in the CAS to keep all data manageble
These rounding and rollup mechanisms are not in the ADS if you happen to have that option
But if you are concerned about the accuracy then I see 2 options for you:
1: Anything discovered will be in the logs or in the *DATA files on the AMD - pick one file as it will give you a 5 minute interval, The numbers in the file name will give you the UNIX timestamp
2: Open a ticket with the guys in support - they do amazing things
