Increasing the number of filter dimensions for alerting purposes

Hi guys,

The customer that I am working with is requesting for an alert to be raised based on 4 metrics.

  1. Latency (RTT)
  2. Packet Losses
  3. No. of Users
  4. TCP Errors

Currently, I have configured the alert to be raised based on 2 metrics.

Monitored Metric: Server + Client RTT <0.3s

Auxiliary Metric: Affected users (network) > 100 users

I can't seem to add any additional auxiliary metrics at the moment so I was wondering if its a feature of the product or is there a work around this?

Thank you!

[Attached is a screenshot of my alerting setup]

Best Regards,

Jonathan Lim

Jonathan,

Without TCP Errors it would be very similar to Network performance.

As your request sounds like a nice enhancement you can try to workaround it by verifying if Network Performance metric changes in "alert situation" like these four ...
