Traffic lookup via RUM Console

We created a new Service for https traffic and we start getting data too but while trying to see the Traffic via RUM console nothing is there for that Software Service.

No, RUM console should automatically show that IP after it start receiving the data but its not showing the IP itself but data visible on CAS.

OK, so no errors on Sessions tab?

So if you take capture both in RUM Console and rcon, both filtered to missing IP the one from RUM Console is empty? Even if you open it with Wireshark?

Vaibhav,

Please take a look at comment on the other thread and verify if you don't suffer from simillar. RUM Console can see more than is reaching CAS unless mentioned errors appear.

Hi Adam,

Thanks for the info but we are facing a bit different issue as what I mean was when we try to see traffic from DCRUM using 'Traffic Lookup' , we are not able to see anything for few Services and same is visible on CAS.

So you mean that if you capture a particular manual trace in RUM Console, filtered to particular Server IP address that is configured for CAS you cannot see the data in such trace?
