I want to run two scripts in the machine one script shoudn't overlap the other one. Each script is scheduleded to run every 10 min.Can you tell the configuration steps to run the Script2 after the Script1 finished its running.

the scheduler will make sure the scripts won't overlap, so no problem there. As Antoon said, the Agent should be configured to 'Wait until the previous Task finishes'. You can then set both scripts to run on the same schedule (every 10 minutes). The scheduler on the Agent will do the rest.
If you'd prefer one of the two scripts to run first, you can do that using the Task's priority.

You can use Group Tasks as described at https://community.dynatrace.com/community/display/ENTSYM123/Group+Tasks+Configuration+Settings. (this topic can also be found in the documentation installed with the product.) The scripts you need to run back-to-back become subtasks of this task.
