Not able to view Sensor Packs of any category

Hi,

I'm not able to see any Sensor Packs through Server Settings Sensor pane. Is this due to my ID is not having enough access to view it ?

Please advise.

Thanks

Hari Kumar Alampuru

The dynatrace server settings are system-wide i.e. for all system profiles; viewing and editing them require admin permissions as changes affect all system profiles.

hi,

you're right. as you can see at the bottom, the hint text says "You have no permission to change Sensor Pack settings".

Hi Christian, Thanks for the quick Reply.

Actually I'm not trying to change any Sensor Pack Settings. Can't I just view them ?

Also, just to add - I'm able to see all the configured Sensors through

System Profiles >>*MYSYSTEMPROFILENAME*>> Sensors

Looks like, problem is only when I come through Dynatrace Server pane
