Henk,

Please log a new ticket with our Support and attach log files from AMD rtm.log & rtm_perf.log + applications.xml file + rtm.config file

Przemek,

Ticked logged this morning, in your opinion: I want to upgrade to 12.3.x is it smart to continue?

Maybe the problem wil be solved automaticly

Yes, definitely. We're releasing 12.3.5 this week, so that's the version I recommend to use.

12.3.5 is combined 12.3 GA and includes all previous service packs and more. It is also a standalone installation package, that is you don't need to use 12.3 GA first, just take the 12.3.5 instalation binnaries and upgrade.

Note, not only the AMD should be upgraded to 12.3.5 but all other components (CAS, RUM Console, too).

Here's a resource that can help with the migration preparation:

It turned out to be /var/spool/adlex/rtm/jdata file that RTM process was unable to read and continue.

It will be fixed in 12.2 SP5 and 12.3 SP6, but if you need the fix earlier please open support ticket.
