No data is being written to Performance Warehouse

A couple of days ago, data stopped writing to my Performance Warehouse database (Oracle). There was a disconnect message in the system log but it has been reconnected. However, I still am getting no data written despite the DBA seeing active connections to the database. I did notice that the System Profiles->Performance Warehouse->System Profiles Management tab no longer has any profiles listed. What file contains this configuration information? I would like to verify its contents and recover from backup if necessary.

Thank you --

you need to restart the Dynatrace server process to get data writting again, immediate fix. Depending on your version of Dynatrace their are fix packs that have come out to address this issue. You should contact support by opening a ticket and get them the support archive. I have other customers that this happened, and there are new flags to set to handle disconnects of the performance warehouse and ensure that writing to the performance warehouse is always reliable. I know there are fix packs for 6.1 that are out there already, but support will be able to guide you. support.dynatrace.com.

I have restarted but still don't see anything in System Profiles Management (and no data being written).

I do have a ticket open with support but am waiting for a reply.

I'm gathering there is no simple fix like recovering a file?

I just checked again and I can see read/write activity against the database, and my list of System Profiles Management selections is available again.

Thank you for your assistance! I'll go now and check out the fix pack for 6.2. :)
