In some situations, Compuware APMaaS users accessing the GPN Portal via Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE11), are not able to select any Last Mile tests from the interface. Instead they see a message saying that the tests are loading; however, the tests never load.
Explanation: This issue is related to the use of IE 11. The workaround consists in using the backward browser compatibility view in Internet Explorer.
Resolution Steps: 1. In Internet Explorer 11, from the Tools menu, click Compatibility View settings.
