Where can I find more details for object errors please?
I have 2 identical tests configured but on different browsers (IE and Chrome). Each test has 3 transaction steps, runs on the same nodes etc.
Why would I see a large amount of '404: Client Error - Not Found' object errors for IE (Step 3) and barely any for Chrome?
I have attached four images to this post. The charts were taken from the GPN portal. Two charts show the object errors and the other two charts show the page errors.
What affect can these object errors have?

In terms of effect, 404 errors do have a detrimental impact on performance as the page is requesting objects it cannot load and those requests contribute to page response time. Yahoo has a useful writeup here: https://developer.yahoo.com/performance/rules.html#no404
In terms of why, that's more difficult to answer. First of all, try running the same transaction in IE with its developer tools enabled (F12 key) and network capturing enabled. If you see a large number of 404 errors reported by IE then you have a legitimate issue with the site and the IE browser that you should report to your developers for further analysis.
