Basically we have multiple IBM WAS on the organization, some of these working on ND (BPM, ODM and other IBM products), so what i really want to know is if i need jvm licenses per every server that the implementation has (BPM on a host uses at least 4 jvm's). Soon we would implement more network deployments and at least i want to know if it's possible to use one agent per host, just like the .NET WOSIs (Any .NET Application Pool on a host)

Yes, you will need one agent license for each JVM you start. If BPM uses 4 JVMs that means you will need 4 agent licenses to fully cover it. All agents are licensed by process - only exception is .Net where a single agent license covers the full WOSI.

It depends on what you would want to monitor. For example if you like to just monitor host level metrics like CPU, memory and disk then one agent per host would suffice. But if you like to capture in depth data such as transaction and method level details, heap and JMX data you would have to install agent per jvm.
