Chart Not Displaying the Proper Range

I had to send this as an attachment instead of screen shots because the JPG's constantly had parsing errors during upload.

Thanks and God bless,

Genesius

Hello,

When you click take the time range from the DMI it will adapt to the grapth to the full range that you choose on the DMI.

If you don't choose this option, it will adapt the graph to the data points received. This means if you don't have data after 17:30, you will not see this data. That if you choose the time from the DMI, it will graph all the period, even there is no data on it.

I hope it helps,

Hello,

If the attached file is not readable, please let me know, and I will try to re-post loading the images instead of using the attachment.

Also, the reason, I believe is the charts are not the same is because the number on the chart is the Average of the Time Range selected. Stating that, is there a MAX response time metric available, be it Network, Database or Website?

Thanks and God bless,

Genesius
