User Complains as below and trying to break my head about why UEM makes these many calls to webservers. Any help is appreciated on how can I answer this app user
We could not able to open the assignment in PQA as connectpqa is down. But we have observed few things in production which I would like to share with you.
In Sumologic, we have monitored the number of Dynatrace call to EZTO Connect facing web server is ~1 million for a 10 min window from 12:00 A.M to 12:10 A.M EDT on 23rd Sep,2015.

I recommend that you open a support case. Whether we look at it here or you send it to support, you'd need to collect the same data, which is a support archive, a session file from one user (e.g., demonstrating the calls you see in step 2) and either a fiddler archive (preferable) or a saved browser debugging session.
