We are using dynaTrace 6.2 installed on Windows server 2012.
We have successfully configured dynatrace for my application but we are facing some issue in the data collected & represented by UEM, below is scenario –
For the single transaction, I had configured two types of BTs (Calculate BT per “Server–side purepath” & “User action”). Same measure for filter condition was used in both the BTs. My concern is that transaction “Count” value for both the BTs are not getting matched. Ideally the transaction “Count” value for both the BTs should be same. But I am getting transaction “Count” value for Server-side purepath based BT greater than user action based BTs. Some of the request are not getting captured in user action based BTs. On further drill down the request to visits non captured request of user action based BTs are captured as web request & not as user action. Can I get a clarity why is it happening so?? Attaching exported session for your reference. It is showing as “1Webrequest” in user action column of visits detail.

The count column for a user action BT counts user actions, and for a PurePath BT counts PurePaths. Since a user action can generate multiple server-side PPs, the counts will typically be different.
You seem to be using IE 7.0 with AngularJS, which does require some extra work. Did you follow the instructions here: Framework Instrumentation.
