Question by Brett B. · Oct 20, 2015 at 07:01 PM · configuration agent production messagebroker

Only monitor certain MQ Instances?

Hello,

I'm new to WebSphere and am trying to monitor a couple of our RH servers. When instrumented, I see 12 different instances being instrumented. I am only concerned with two of them and this is causing our license to be overutilized. How can I configure the agent to only report on two of the instances?

Thanks!

It's not mentioned in the documentation but you can define the agent libs as a user exit for individual execution groups rather than the whole hub.

I've done it before but it was a long time ago. Perhaps @Mike Shermetaro can help here
