Our team as been observing quite a few incidents which had a duration of 0 seconds. Since AppMon is evaluating the measures every 10 seconds, I would have assumed that the minimal value of an incident would be of 10 seconds. How does this work? Should I be opening a support ticket?
We are seeing this behaviour for different type of incident. Some out of the box and some custom one, based on out of the box measures.
eg.: .NET Garbage Collection (% in GC), Agent automatically disabled instrumentation., Application Process Unavailable (unexpected), Process Performance - Current Overall Memory Consumption .. etc..
We are running dynaTrace 6.1.
Hopefully this makes for some good discussion.
Adding some screenshots of the incident configuration and the incident detail.

Can you post a screenshot of the Details page for one of these incidents.
Is it possible that the capturing of that metric shows the following:
Where the threshold was 5, therefore the incident is not currently happening, but did happen during the sample period. Would this explain your observation?
