I just wanted to be clear with an architect on our side about the capabilities of tracking anything within SSIS/SSRS with Dynatrace. Even if it was just from a level of basic task timings completed by it, is connecting into any of that possible?

I am not sure if a .NET Agent really gives you visibility - it might - but I've never tried it. Depends on how SSIS and SSRS is implemented -> if it is .NET-based you most likely have to define some custom entry points unless it is all standard web requests
What you can definitely do is to setup some windows performance counter measures and pull in some of the SSIS and SSRS Performance Metrics. I am sure both systems expose key performance metrics via Windows PerfMon
