Dynatrace Plugin - Missing hosts when using FQDN

Hello,

I'm having a problem after migrating Dynatrace to version 6.2 and I'm wondering if anyone had the same.

I have a host configured as:

Name: d7156lx0017

Address: d7156lx0017.bradseg.com.br

When I configure this host to be monitored by a Monitor Plugin, it is not appering, I got only a - instead.

But when I set the Address with the IP it's working normally. You can see in the picture above that I have the host with IP and the one with the FQDN.

Thank you,

Melory

Could you please confirm that the hostname really resolves to this (internal) IP from the host the monitoring plugin runs at?

Hi,

Yes. The hostname resolves to the IP address.
