Are there any tips/tricks for using the Dynatrace Recorder with Microsoft Dynamics CRM pages? I have a script that allows me to capture navigation of a couple of menu options, but it fails when I input data for a search. I'm given a very generic 'Microsoft Dynamics CRM has encountered an error' response, however the transaction works fine when run manually in a browser.

Hi Jayne, thank you for the question. Currently we do not have recorded tips/tricks when handling Microsoft Dynamics CRM pages. Since those pages are highly customized, the methods to get script working varies depending on how the pages are designed.
Just double checked, and glad to find that you have opened a support ticket, as that would be my recommendation. Our script engineer should be able to help you on the script recording.
