I would like to know if SCOE URLs are released to the open internet? If a test has the SCOE feature turned on, does the Gomez network capture those screenshots on the backend and then release the SCOE URLs on the open internet? One of my customers had his security team reach out to him after they found SCOE URL starting with http://scoe.gomeznetworks.com/CCOE-PUB/ that contained an image of their hosted webpage out on the open internet. I would like to understand more about the SCOE collection process.

SCoEs were captured by the node or peer executed the test job. The node or peer could be in various locations that are outside of our servers. Then the node or peer will pack the scoe files and send the package to our SCoE server which is at http://scoe.gomeznetworks.com. After that you will be able to view the SCoE files from your portal account. So SCoE is transferred from the node/peer to our servers using open internet with HTTP protocol.
