Strange! First I thought the PWH is not connected, but you can see data on the home screen, right? Can you add from the browser (dev tools) the network and console output? Anything strange there? And as Joe already mentioned, please check the frontend/backend log files, because there should be a proper log message as well.

I would inspect the server0.0.log file and look for any relevant messages. Restarting the dTServer is an option, but there's a root cause for this type of situation that should be explored. If nothing is obviously, I suggest opening a support case and someone can help dig into why this is happening.
