Hi, i need send the test alerts to HP Service Management, in order to open a ticket. Does somebody knows how to do it? Are some tools be developed to integrate Dynatrace Synthetic with HP Service Management? Thanks

There doesn't exist a direct integration to send alerts to HP Service management, however there are a couple methods that could work for you. If you can set up an email trap to create incidents from, you could simply send an email, which can be sent as html, xml or plain text. Another method would be to configure a URL destination alert, where if HP Service management has a REST interface to create incidents, you could have the Synthetic alert trigger that.
