Typically this is caused by an error in the console, perhaps an unhandled exception.
Please attempt the following:
1. Close the Console.
2. Delete the user context files at a path like "C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Compuware\Vantage Console\User Context\12.2".
3. Re-open the Console.
If the problem persists please open a support ticket.
