When creating an object map in Agent Recorder and browsing the tree in IE, I am shown the full contents of the page. When I launch Firefox, the list is empty. From what I can tell, IE is funning locally ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe") whereas Firefox is seemingly running differently ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Application Virtualization Client\sfttray.exe" /launch "Mozilla Firefox 45.1.V03").
Would that account for the object tree being empty when using Firefox, but being fully populated when using IE?
If so, is there a way around this?

Yes running Firefox (or any app) virtually, will leave you with an empty object tree.
Unfortunately, Firefox and well any browser but IE, use non-Windows UI objects, so have empty object trees anyway.
This means you need to use image maps or OCR to be able to script such applications.
