Is it possible to have auto-baseline alerts for BT volume dip in Dynatrace 6.5?

Hello People,

We are aware that we can use the Lower Thresholds for dip in counts in BT but this causes false alerts during off--time when load is less.

Any alternative ideas to make current BT based volume dip using current facility is well appreciated. (Lots many other tools provide such functionality to some extent).

If not, how about REF(request for enhancement) for auto-baseline volume dip?

Hi Balaji,

If the only thing wrong with your current way of doing this is the fact that volume dips should not be analysed during off time, then I would suggest creating a downtime for your incident. This can be done from the Incident dashboard, by right-clicking an incident and choosing "create downtime". Assuming your off time periods are fairly regular this should offer sufficient options:
