Hi
I create a test several days ago, and get some data. Then I want to filter several useful domain instead of all domains, so I set a filter last night.(You can see the file filter.png)
And when I check data today, I found the availibity is totally mismatched. In the same time (22;00 pm last night to 5:00 am today), availibility of no filter's test is 82.87% but the availibility after filter is 47.478%.
I know the response time is changed, but why availibility is also changed?
How it calculate after a filter?
Thanks,
Minnie

Hi Na,
Thank you for the question. Adding a filter does not change how the availability is calculated in our system. But it will impact which objects will be downloaded during the test run. And thus the availability may be impacted too. For example, if there are objects from the filtered host that are necessary for the test to run.
So that we can do further investigation with the exact tests in question, encourage you opening a support ticket. And we would be happy to assist further from there.
Thank you,
Nyna
