Hi,
This weekend, I experienced an issue with the Dynatrace Synthetic platform. Indeed, using Private Last Mile probes, I scheduled some scripts to run 24/7 each 10 minutes. My probes are locate on a Public Cloud & the application to check are located in our own datacenter and/or on public cloud too.
This weekend, the VPN between public cloud & my datacenter were down. I expected to receive some Failure alerts but instead of that, there were no run during all the weekend like if the probe were not available. I will open a support ticket for that, but I also search a way to be alerted if a schedule run not start many times. is there a way to do that with the portal ? May someone encountered this trouble before and know a simple way to receive an alert in such case ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Gregory,
Thank you for the question. Sorry that currently Private Last Mile does not have such a feature to notify user when the peer loses connection or does not run job. Good news is that it has been a frequently requested enhancement feature for Private Last Mile. PM is aware of it and plan to provide it in the next a few releases.
This enhancement request (product idea) is also recorded under the below post. Encourage you visit that page and vote it up.
RFE - PLM peer owner get notification when peer is not running test or overloaded
Hope it helps.
Thank you,
Nyna
