I have a CAS that has a DNS Entry of something like "https://dynatrace.customer.com", and we have SSL working for all DCRUM Components. The issue is that in an alert, when you put a link to a CAS report, the link generated uses the CAS Server name, as opposed to the DNS name, so something like "https://CASServerName/LSServlet?...". In the customer's environemnt, when you follow that link (usually sent in an email alert), the browser says it is an untrusted site, as SSL cert is for the DNS name, not the server name. This is disconcerting for DCRUM users at this customer.
Is there a way to change this behavior in the CAS, so that it refers to itself in URLs with its DNS name, as opposed to its server name? Same thing happens when you click a link in CAS that takes you to RUM Console URLs... it uses the server name, as opposed to the DNS name.
Any thoughts/workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

The browser automatically adds the base part but you can over ride this. What you need to do is add the domain or dns name you want into the link and then set the last parameter to true
here is an example
