I tried to import some old data from begin of July into DCRUM.
Therefore I stopped the AMD put the files in the rtm folder and started the AMD again.
I started with a purged DCRUM database. I could see the beginning of the processing in the log and the atscon. Unfortunately the log (rtmgate.log) shows repeatably the following error.
E DATA 17-08-03 11:59:49.950 ERROR: file not found: amddata_595df634_1_t
T ACL 17-08-03 12:00:09.956 GET /RtmDataServlet?cmd=zip_entry&entry=amddata_595df634_1_t∏uct=rtm∈stance=rtm&ver=17000000541 from 192.168.194.8
And seems to stop the processing after about 30mins. In the sample processing log the file counter for "Files missing" is set to 1 all other columns after "files missing" are blank "-".
Has somebody an idea how to "import" old data or has done it successfully in the past?
Regards
Ronny
