I'm working on an application that needs to run instant tests (mostly Backbone and Mobile) on demand. We are using the Instant Test Service (http://gpn.webservice.gomez.com/gpninstanttestservice_40/GpnInstantTestService.asmx -> RunMonitorFromId) to implement the functionality, but we are unsure about support for Mobile instant tests. We are aware that the description for this method mentions the running of a "pre-configured UTA script from a GPN Backbone location." However we have noticed that Mobile tests will run successfully on rare occasions on some nodes (Mobile and Backbone nodes); 95% of the time we get failures with either of the following error messages:
We are certain that our tests are configured correctly because they run perfectly fine through your website/portal.
Is there a way to identify nodes that will let us run our Mobile tests successfully via this api, or is there another api we can leverage?
If there is no api support for running Mobile instant tests, are there any future plans to expose new methods that will let us run all types of tests?

Thank you for the question. The Instant Test SOAP API does not support running instant tests for Mobile tests.
Our Dev team is working on a new Instant Test API that will support all types of tests. The target release time is Spring 2018. It will be released to EAP Portal before the production release.
