When you click "View Screen Capture" I often see the green spinning circle and the image never loads. This is incredibly frustrating when I need to review errors for the past month for SLA resolution.
Retry's seldom help - this is a serious problem. I opened a ticket today.

When you usually have issues, chances are that the team is already on it and that page would be a great way to get updates.
