I have been asked to setup a dashboard that shows the individual page load times for a quote and buy application my company has developed.
The quote journey is web based and it uses a randomized client ID in the urls for each page in the journey, so i am unable to simply use the URL to know what page is being loaded.
I have been able to follow the journey myself however and capture my user actions and created measures to use the actions to capture the page load times.
I thought this was ok, but i have since discovered that the user actions "description" can change, i.e. it is not always a _load_ that is captured in the user action purepaths, some times it can be "click Next" which then holds the page load below it.
so, my question is weather or not this is the best way to measure such transaction
Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated, although i admin our appmon solution, i haven't really been involved in creating measures and dashboard, others have done this in the past.
