Question by Suganya N. · Nov 16, 2017 at 10:15 AM · appmon 7.0 uem appmon 7 monitoring javascript sensors framework

Angular JS2 application monitoring does it require one agent with App Mon version 7.0

Hi All ,

We are using a angular JS2 application , we have added the initilization code & checked the manual XHR detection check box , but our application is not functioning if we enable UEM.

Does angular JS 2 application requires One Agent , we are using dynatrace 7.0 .

We tried configuring like below but it doesn't work,

Hi Suganya,

Could you please review this page:

https://www.dynatrace.com/support/doc/appmon/user-...

The blog post is related to Dynatrace, which is different product.

Please let us know if you need more help.

Thank you,

Nic

Hi Nicolas ,

We have reviewd this page & it says we require oneAgent version 1.127 .

Angular 2.x - 4.x

  • Requires Dynatrace OneAgent version 1.127 or

Can one agent be used with App Mon version 7 or it's a entirely different product ?

In agent downloads of app mon socumenation i could not see one agent.

How to enable UEM for Angular JS 2 application in App Mon V7.0 .

Should we use some other product & not App Mon for UEM for Agular JS 2 application.

The OneAgent is part of Dynatrace. For AppMon, we call it the Classic Agent, which has some features of the OneAgent built-in. To enable those features, you need to refer to this page.

However, there's no mention of AngularJS. Let's see if someone else has the answer.
