I have installed dynatrace recorder to my Win10 system. when i record a script it runs without any issues when i use FF or IE as its playback agent. when i try to use Chrome(56) it fails. It opens up a blank page with redirects to a different URL extension and fails later-on.
URL : chrome-extension://fobjebkdblanofeoddhbgpdddipjabhf/functab.html
So i gave a try my setting up a call with Dynatrace support team. They asked me to check with my internal team and inform them to make this change (chrome ID is whitelisted-allowed).
what i want to know is whether it is an,
1. Dynatrace issue (or)
2. Internal issue (or)
3. Windows 10 update issue (or)
4. Chrome browser update issue.

This error meant the Chrome extension that our Chrome Agent needed to communicate to was not allowed by your local Windows Settings. This is not an issue technically. Just a local setting limitation. Whitelist the extension then Chrome Agent should work.
