Has anyone noticed a delay or is aware of how to queue commands triggered by the Generic Execution Plugin? We are using the Generic Execution plugin to post triggered incidents from AppMon 6.5 to CA Service Desk Manager 14.1. This is being done by pushing the Incident Data to the RESTful endpoint. On investigation, we found that, even though an incident was triggered at 5:48:05, the command was only sent at 6:05:25. The incident lasted less than a second, and the closure command did not register due to the Incident not being logged yet.
Here's the log message and i attached a screenshot of the incident on Dynatrace.
