Question by Adam G. · Mar 14, 2018 at 08:52 AM · oneagent RUM documentation

Does OneAgent calculate bandwidth?

Does the OneAgent calculate bandwidth and if so, does it do it in the same way as for AppMon?

If you mean the UEM bandwidth detection this is not available in Dynatrace and will never be. It will be replaced in future by new metrics based on Browser API's which are currently coming to the new browsers.

Hi Alex, Do we have any time-frames around when these new API based metrics will be available? Where will these metrics be surfaced in the UI?

We have not started this project, so it is too early to talk about details.
