Hello,
does anymone know a possibility to edit the incident mails? When sending those to our jira system the tickets look pretty wired .... so a chance to edit them would be aweseome :)

If you are referring to incidents in AppMon, I suggest you post the question in the appropriate AppMon forum to get the correct answer as this is the forum for Dynatrace SaaS/Managed. See the link below for the AppMon forum
